Her presence brings me to my knees

Swollen, engulfed in boils, oozing in her splendor

Lying there still, if not for twitching
Her searing pain my ecstasy

Hideous cratered skin thickened by years of scarring
Yet still coarse hair bursts forth in scattered patterns
Physiognomy malformed
A bloated figure wreathed in sores
Ruined by the pummeling fist of unrelenting
Disease

Swollen, engulfed in boils, oozing in her splendor
She beckons me, pleading for relief
Yet the contours of her sores, so exquisitely sculpted
As if carved by the gods of disease
My muse
I must worship you
